Richard has over 30 years’ experience as a construction professional and in that time has delivered projects across multi sectors which includes large scale residential projects, Hospitality, Aged Care and large-scale infrastructure projects in the Oil and Gas sector.

Richard has held positions in both project management and senior management roles over his time in the industry. With roles in project management and senior management, Richard has been at the forefront of the competitive nature of the construction industry, further validating his prioritisation of the client experience. With notable project successes in Residential sectors, along with significant hospitality, aged care and affordable projects, his experience aligns with the needs and focuses of PPM key clients and the external pressures that our clients face.

Richard has a proven track record of developing and implementing improved internal company systems to streamline the effectiveness of existing processes. He provides authentic mentoring, training, support and management throughout the project lifecycle to our teams, to deliver high quality business outcomes amidst demanding and competing priorities.
