Mr Hu practiced law as partner of a Chinese law firm and still holds the Chinese Bar. He then worked as Director of the legal department and General Manager of an asset management division of a state-owned company. He later moved to Hong Kong and worked as Managing Director of a listed company, Maxx Bioscience Holdings Ltd (0512). Recently, in Hong Kong, he was instrumental in helping companies raise funds, M&As, and IPOs. He set up and managed the Ruixin Fund in partnership with Guangdong Development Securities. Mr Hu has rich experiences and deep understanding of offshore funds and operations. His professional approach is discrete and result oriented.
